Extra Benefits For Our Clients
Employee Taxes And Insurance: As the employer, Coast Personnel pays all applicable state, Federal and Social Security taxes. In addition, we maintain worker’s compensation insurance, general liability and fidelity bonding on all employees. Upon request, a certificate of insurance will be provided.
Client Proprietary And Patent Assignment Provision/Employment Agreement: Each of our employees signs an employment agreement with Coast. This agreement includes a client proprietary and patent assignment provision, and it clearly defines the employment relationship. A sample of this agreement is available on request.
Testing/Qualifying Candidates: Coast goes beyond what most of its competitors offer by maintaining a “state of the art” testing/training facility at all of our offices.
- “Hands On” Skill Testing for assembly (including SMT), production, and technician candidates. They are tested in accordance with ANSI and IPC standards. We also do hands on testing for clerical applicants. Applicants are tested before interviewing with our own recruiters. Our candidates can even bring you the results of their tests—whether it’s a basic written math test or an assembled printed circuit board. Who else but Coast can offer you that?
- Coast can provide you with Drug Testing/Background Investigation/Social Security Verification/DMV Checks/Educational Verification.
On-Site Full Service Partner Programs: Doing business today requires instant responses and solutions to a variety of situations. That’s why your temporary employment needs might call for our On-Site Full-Service Partner Program. Coast Account Managers review and evaluate your specific needs to determine if the volume of temporaries warrants an on-site partner program. If so, we will provide you with an experienced on-site representative (at your facility) who can handle recruiting and temporary employee managment as well as administrative tasks.
Local Payrolling: All of our payroll and billing is processed locally. In addition, we can develop customized reports for you from our payroll data.
Quality Guarantee: At Coast, we work hard to provide you with the best, most capable personnel. If one of our employees does not perform satisfactorily, we will find an acceptable replacement immediately. Because our employees are guaranteed we will replace the employee, billing you nothing for the hours worked up to the guaranteed 16 hours.
Weekly Time-Card Pickup/Check Delivery: Coast can pick-up time cards and deliver payroll checks to your facility when you utilize a minimum of 10 of our employees.
“No Excuse” Payroll Policy: Any client approved hours worked in a week are paid to our employees by the following Friday—guaranteed!
