Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Prepare urethane molds for filling, curing, and final inspection.

Fill molds by hand with precision and de-mold finished parts efficiently.

Assemble materials from manufacturing to be incorporated with urethane components.

Operate and maintain industrial equipment, including process ovens and vacuumchambers.

Ensure the quality of finished parts by following strict inspection protocols.Requirements Qualifications:

Proven experience with urethane materials, including mixing ratios, pigments andadditives.

Familiarity with mold preparation techniques, such as understanding mold splits,undercuts, venting and gating. 

Ability to interpret work instructions and communicate questions or material needs.

Experience in other area of manufacturing or manual machine operation operation a plus.

Trade school education or technical training in a related field is an advantage.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently andcollaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
