We are seeking Supervisors for our Client in Racine, WI for all three shifts!
· 1-5 years experience in a warehousing, distribution or production environment
· Strong supervisory, management, or leadership background
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
· Strong work ethic, ability to multitask
· A competitive and career oriented mindset
· Flexibility in schedule to meet customer demands
· Direct supervision of clerical and labor staff
· Coordination and supervision of day-to-day production and cross-dock operations
· Management of quality and safety compliance, as well as company policies and procedures
· Interacting with the customer on a daily basis, and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Production of various reports related to quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
· Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Facility Manager
