PREP (Ingredients – Industrial) – Heavy Lifters – · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of measurements is helpful. · Will be making ingredients for products to be cook. · Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 10lb – 30lbs) – if experienced with folk lift is a plus. · Culinary training/experience and or sous chefs are ideal candidates.
