Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of trade show projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Develop detailed project plans including schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
Coordinate internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors (installers, transport, AV) to ensure project alignment.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct kick-off meetings, regular check-ins, and post-event debriefs.
Provide ongoing updates and proactive communication to manage expectations.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Create and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate estimates and tracking expenses.
Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor costs to maintain profitability.
Logistics & Onsite Management:
Oversee shipping, installation, and dismantling of exhibits.
Travel to trade show locations for on-site supervision as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site quickly and professionally.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, scopes, contracts, and change orders.
Provide reports and post-show analyses to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience in the trade show, event, or exhibit industry.
Strong understanding of trade show operations, booth design, fabrication, and logistics.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP certification is a plus. Skills & Competencies:
