Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Set daily, weekly, or monthly objectives (e.g., using SMART goals) and track KPIs.
- Guidance & Mentorship: Provide instruction, training, and support to new and existing team members.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows, ensure compliance with company policies, and optimize productivity.
- Communication Bridge: Relay information from upper management to the team and report team performance, successes, and challenges.
- Team Building: Create a positive, cohesive, and collaborative team environment.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve team issues, employee issues, and customer service problems promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Leadership and Coaching: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide employees.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for active listening and clear communication.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and make quick decisions.
