Production Lead

The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating and prioritizing work orders within the Threading and Bending departments to ensure efficient production flow. This role works closely with the production team throughout the day to monitor incoming work orders, verify that jobs are staged correctly at each machine, and ensure they are processed in the proper sequence.

Key responsibilities include overseeing machine setups and production runs, supporting operators to meet production goals, tracking job completion times, and helping maintain schedule adherence. The Production Lead plays a critical role in maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth operations across the department.

Qualifications:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience managing, supervising, leading teams, or coordinating projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply; however, bilingual ability is not required. Fluency in either English or Spanish as a primary language is acceptable for this position.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
