Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for removing surface finishes from parts/components after disassembly.

• Small parts blasting

• Responsible for cleaning and rinsing parts after disassembly.

• Responsible for utilizing hoists to move landing gear parts throughout the

Disassembly area

• Responsible for inputting and entering BOMs into the ERP system

• Ensuring processing is documented in accordance with internal, customer, OEM and

FAA requirements, including documentation of maintenance performed on the work

order/ traveler, bill of materials, picture sheets, and logs

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience/aptitude preferred

• The ability to read, write and understand English

• Detail oriented with excellent time management skills

• Ability to understand directions

• Ability to read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings,

specifications, bills of materials, CMM/OHM’s, work order/ travelers and other written

instructions

• Previous employment experience for the services sought, including practical

experience with the procedures, practices, inspection methods, materials, tools and

equipment generally used for maintenance activities performed by the repair station,

specifically as they relate to chemical processing is a plus

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. without assistance on a semi regular basis
