· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of measurements is required, but we will train.

· Will cook sauces in large commercial kettles following the batch requirements.

· Ensures all bags are properly labeled with defined ingredients for the product to be cooked.

· Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 10 lb. and 30 lbs.) Experience with       forklifts is a plus.

· Culinary training/experience and/or sous chefs are ideal candidates.

· Willing to work second shift – 2:00pm to 12:30am

· Monday – Friday
