The Reach Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating a reach forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. This position requires attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency while handling materials and preparing orders for shipment.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate a reach forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.

Load, unload, and transport materials from storage racks and staging areas.

Pick and pull orders according to pick tickets or warehouse system.

Stack and organize pallets safely in designated rack locations.

Perform daily forklift inspections before operating equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Assist with general warehouse duties such as wrapping pallets, labeling, and organizing inventory.

Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.

*Requirements

Previous reach forklift experience required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).

Warehouse environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures depending on facility conditions.
