We are looking to hire someone for the Customer Service department. We are seeking a candidate

with at least two years of customer service experience handling phone calls (non-retail). This is a

full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Below are the job description and pay details. 

Customer Service Representative ($20–$22)

? Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls

? Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

? Process orders

? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

? Proficient working on a computer

? Personable and attentive

? Strong verbal communication skills

? Clerical or data entry experience

? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced call center environment
