*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. *Knowledge of measurements is required, but we will train. *Will cook sauces in large commercial kettles following the batch requirements. *Ensures all bags are properly labeled with defined ingredients for the product to be cooked. *Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 10 lb and 30 lbs) Experience with forklifts is a plus. *Culinary training/experience and/or sous chefs are ideal candidates. Work week is Monday – Friday
